Shopping Cart Usage Tips

Our online store uses a shopping cart program hosted at https://shopping.netsuite.com. Since every shopping cart is different, we have tried to provide answers to the most commen questions here.

Add to Cart -- You will see this under every item in the store. First, select the quantity you would like to purchase by updating the number in the box to the left of the button. The default is "1". Next, hold your mouse point over the "Add to Cart" button and click. That will take you to the shopping cart and you will see the item you have ordered and the quantity you entered and the price on the far right. You will also see a button on the left that says "Remove" and a button next to the quantity that says "Update".

Update -- This is where you can change the number of items you wish to purchase. Where you see the number you originally entered, just type in the number you want and then click on the button that says Update. You will see the number change as well as the price on the far right.

Remove -- If you decide you don't want an item just click on this button and it is gone!

Continue Shopping -- Click the "Continue Shopping" button located under the cart to return to the previous page you were just shopping on.

View items currently in Cart -- Near the top of the left navigation bar on every page, you will find a "mini" shopping cart that provides a summary of the number of items in your cart as well as your current total for the items selected. You can view your full cart by clicking on the "View/Save Cart" link. You can also access your shopping cart from the upper right corner of every pages by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" link.

Save items currently in Cart -- At any time, you may save the items in your cart for future use by logging in to our system. To create a new login, or to access your existing login, simply goto the upper right corner of the top navigation bar on every page and click the "sign in" link. If you are new customer, you will need to provide your name, an email address and create a password. By clicking on the "Continue" button, you will be logged in and all items in your cart will be retained and can be accessed again simply by logging in again.

If you are returning customer, simply login using your email and password and your cart will be saved.

Head For The Check-Out Stand -- If you are ready to complete your purchase and checkout, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button directly under the lower right hand side of the shopping cart. You will follow slightly different paths depending on whether you are a new customer or a returning customer with an existing account and login.

If you are a returning customer with an account and a login, you will enter in your login and password and click the "Continue" button. You will taken directly to the "Payment Information" page to select your method of payment. If you elected to "save your credit card info" during your previous checkout, you will still need to re-enter the "Card Security Code" and then click on the "Continue" button.

You will then need to "Review & Submit Your Order". Please select your shipping mentod, and make sure all other items, addresses, and payment methods are correct. If you need to make changes in any section, click on the "Change" button for that section. If all is correct, then click on the "Submit Order" button. If you paid by credit card, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation within a few moments. If you paid by PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal secure server and be required to sign-in and confirm your purchase amount. After they complete the transaction, you will return to our website and receive an on-screen confirmation.

If you are a new customer or do not have a login account -- You will be taken to a page for "New Customer Registration". You will need to enter your name, email address, and company name (if applicable). All "yellow" colored fields must be filled in througout the shopping cart. If you wish to create a login for future use, simply create a password under the "Save your information for later use" heading. You will need to confirm your password and there is an option to include a password hint that will help you remember your password in the future. When you have completed filling out the information on this page, click the "Continue" button.

On the next page, you will enter in your Shipping address information. Please be sure to include all the details (apt #, Suite #, etc) so that your shipment can be delivered by the carrier of your choice. Note for International customers : if you click on the "country" dropdown menu and select your country first, the states/provinces in your country will be available in that field in the shopping cart. If your billing address (where your credit card statement is sent) is the same as the shipping, check the "This address is also my billing address" button and then click on the "Continue" button to proceed. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, please just click on the the "Continue" button and then you will need to enter your billing information on the next page.

After completing the address information, you will be taken to the "Shipping Method" page to select your shipping method. If you have qualified for free shipping, check the Priority Mail box. You will see "Free" display to the right of the text. Then, simply click the "Continue" button.

If your order is less than $50 or you would prefer an expedited delivery via UPS, click on the button to the left of the service level you desire. You will see the price for that service level appear to the right of the selection. Once you have made your selection, click the continue button at the bottom of the screen.

You will then be taken to the "Payment Information" page to select your method of payment. If you are paying by credit card, please fill out all fields including the Card Securiyt code on the back of your credit card. If you are paying via PayPal, just select PayPal, then click on the "Continue" button on the bottom of the screen.

Finally, you will need to "Review & Submit" your order. Please review all sections to ensure accuracy, then click on the "Submit Order" button. If you paid by credit card, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation within a few moments. If you paid by PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal secure server and be required to sign-in and confirm your purchase amount. After they complete the transaction, you will return to our website and receive an on-screen confirmation.

secure paymentsSecure Payments -- When you enter any of your personal information (address, phone number, credit card number, etc), you are in a Secure site (SSL) located at https://shopping.netsuite.com and you should see a padlock at the right hand bottom of the page on your browser bar. This is a totally secure page that is protected from any tampering or snooping. Your credit card information remains there and is not sent by email to us or anyone.

If you cannot see the padlock, it is usually because you don't have the status (bottom) bar turned on in your browser. In Microsoft Explorer, for example, you turn on the status bar by choosing 'View -> Status Bar'. If "Status Bar" is checked, the bar should be showing at the bottom of the browser window.

Address Doesn't Match -- If you are trying to enter your credit card number, you may get an error message that refers to the address you entered. The address that you use in the cart must match an address that your credit card company knows is yours. Try entering the credit card billing address in the "Bill To:" fields. In most cases, this will solve credit card submission problems.
