We are offering Free Worldwide Shipping on orders of more than $100. Just choose Free Standard Shipping as you check out. We will ship via standard service using the carrier of our choice. Limitation: For International Orders, there is a weight limit of 4 pounds and the order must fit into an box that is 6x9x2 inches. You will receive an email with shipping information upon fulfillment of your order.
For most orders less than $100, the cost of shipping within the US is between $3.50-7.00. For International shipments, the cost ranges between $8.50-12.50 for most packages weighing up to 4 pounds Please see the charts on the bottom of this page for specific rates, delivery times, and restrictions. International Customers note: If you pick a non-International service level (i.e. USPS Priority Mail instead of USPS Int'l Priority Mail) we will adjust your charge to match the correct international charge amount.
If you require quicker delivery, you may select either United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping methods. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground for domestic shipments, but you may choose the carrier and service level of your choice.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Shipping
You will see the default cost next to the UPS Ground level of service within the shipping section of the shopping cart. You may select faster shipping by clicking on the button next to your preferred choice. You will see the "real time" shipping rate update to the right of your selection. All packages are insured and are completely trackable.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Rates are posted to the right of the service level description. First Class mail is not insured for loss and usually does not support delivery confirmation because of the package size. Our Priority Mail choices are insured, but they do support delivery confirmation for Domestic shipping only.

APO/FPO Addresses
We regularly ship to APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail only.
Insufficient or Incorrect Addresses
We have an automated system that prints your package label from the data you enter in the shopping cart. We are not responsible for late or lost packages that result from an insufficient or incorrect address. If the package is returned to us and you desire to have it re-shipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping charge. If you decide not to have the package re-shipped, you will be refunded for the product amount only (because the shipping charge has already been paid to the shipping carrier). Please! Review your email confirmation as soon as you receive it to make sure the address is correct. You may email us to advise us of an address correction (and we will then print a new label manually).
Items Damaged in Shipment
We do our best to securely package your items. In the rare case that something gets damaged during shipment, in most cases, we will replace it. UPS and USPS Priority mail are insured. Just contact us via our support center on our website or via email with a description of what happened and what was broken.
If you received damages items from UPS, please save the shipping box as UPS may require that to make a claim.
Items Lost in Shipment
If you select USPS First Class service, your package is not insured for loss. We are not responsible for the actions of the Post Office. For Priority Mail and UPS, items lost in transit are insured by us. Please contact us via email or via the support center on our website to initiate a claim on lost packages.
