Back-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
We do not backorder items that are out of stock at the time of your order. When we know an that an item is out of stock we will temporarily remove the "Add to Cart" link from our web site. When an item is at a very low stock level, a message will appear (in green text) just below the item letting you know how many strands or packages remain in stock.
If we are short of the quantity of an item you order, we will adjust your invoice and payment accordingly. Your paper copy of your invoice will show which items were not available and what you have been charged. When possible, you will see a notation giving you an idea of when we expect the item to restock so that you can check the website later to reorder if desired. As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse, the "Add to Cart" link is restored to the web site. Occasionally we will hold your order for a short time (usually no more than a day) if we know that your missing items are coming in soon.
